Akshara Nair has and continues to contribute extensively to the fields of publication, arts, mental health and psychology. Parallel to running Tajurba, she is actively pursuing her Master's in Industrial and Organisational Psychology.  Akshara aims to redefine non-traditional workspaces and foster healthy work experiences. 

Katyayani Rana is an impact communicator during the day, an empath, writer and coffee enthusiast during the rest of the time she has after saving the world (or at least trying to). 

“Inspire, believe, aspire” - Vaishnawi Kesavan is a chemical engineering student at the University of Malaya. She runs on curiosity, caffeine, and quiet determination. Between STEM outreach and studies, she turns chaos into growth and chasing purpose while figuring it out along the way.

Anonymous is a passionate problem solver, drawn to the intricacies of life. Recognising the profound impact of individual histories, she understands that solutions vary based on personal experiences. Her chosen field of study is not just a pursuit of knowledge; it's a commitment to apply the lessons learned through her diverse experiences. 

Miria S. Kurien is a passionate HRM postgraduate student who believes in people-driven change. With leadership experience in her college club and collaborations on CSR projects, she thrives on meaningful work and has a creative eye for design. Her driving force is blending empathy with action, always eager to learn, adapt, and grow.

With a curious mindset and a passion for learning, Athulya Gopikrishnan enjoys exploring new ideas, meeting new people, and taking on meaningful experiences. She is always eager to explore opportunities that challenge her perspective and help her grow.

Jassifat Khurana is an HR professional and Employment Specialist whose poetry recently hit the streets (literally), appearing on buses and bus stops across her hometown. She specializes in people, paperwork, and the unexplainable.

Tej Nagar is a writer who has an  inquisitive mind. Their pronouns are she/they. They have a keen eye for art. They have published their own collection of  poems in an anthology called 'What sails through a writer's dream' in 2021. At Tajurba, they aim to use their  experience as an artist to grow and nurture their art.

Ananya Chhabra is an artist by soul. Curiosity drives her life. It is natural for her to look for solutions to problems. Ananya believes that she has found a balance in life - she reads but also writes, she listens to music but also sings, she loves appreciating paintings but is also mad about creating them. Positions and certificates hold no value, only the experience does.
 

Taslym Umar is a Nigerian writer, essayist, creative writing editor, and graphic designer. Her work explores themes of identity, culture, memory, and belonging. She currently serves as a staff writer at Tajurba | Experience.

For Shama Bhat, choosing designing as a career was one of the best decisions she took. She learns something new every day, which gives her a new perspective or which sharpens my skillset!

Teghvir Khurana has made art as soon as he could hold a pencil, but photography stuck. A curious click during lockdown grew into a passion for chasing light, moments, and meaning. A third-culture kid shaped by movement, his work blends stillness, chaos, and nuance. Photography now helps him slow down, tune in, and freeze what matters
